We don't know what it is about VINCE VAUGHN, but no matter what he's talking
about -- it's hilarious! You'll see for yourself when he's on the show today! Vince was in the
hilarious movie "Couples Retreat," and speaking of couples, he's gonna tell Ellen about his engagement!
They'll also play his favorite game: Humdinger -- he's good at guessing, but can he hum too? And you
know SCARLETT JOHANSSON is a great actress, but did you know she is also an amazing singer? She's
teamed with PETE YORN for her second album called "Break Up," and the two will perform their song
"Relator." It will be their first time performing on TV -- and it's right here on the show! Ellen also
found another batch of Hidden Audience Talents and they might be the greatest so far (and you thought
the guy who could kick himself in the forehead 25 times was the best!).
Today is the day! He's finally here, the hottest man on the planet right now --
ROBERT PATTINSON! The gorgeous guy has been stealing the hearts of women across the world since he
played the vampire Edward in "Twilight." He is literally being mobbed everywhere he goes. Today he's
coming here and Ellen can't wait! Also, last year Ellen met a 13-year-old fiddler named JUSTUS RIVERA
after Ashton Kutcher tweeted about him. He's self-taught and plays on the streets of Philadelphia to
help support his family. You have to see him to believe it.
Today Ellen is surprising one lucky viewer with a massive surprise: a trip to L.A. to see the show,
and a brand new GMC Terrain! Then, you won't
want to take your eyes off the screen when the sexy JON HAMM is here. You can buy Jon for yourself;
this summer, Barbie released a doll based on his character from "Mad Men!" Also, Ellen did it again:
she predicted the latest Bachelorette! ALI FEDOTOWSKY is stopping by to share some of the details.
And the amazing NATASHA BEDINGFIELD is here. She's releasing her new album soon, but today she's
giving everyone a preview when she sings one her songs, "Touch."
Some of Ellen's favorite guests
are stopping by today! First, JIMMY SMITS is here to tell her about his PBS documentary, "Latin Music USA."
He's excited about going to the White House for a concert honoring Hispanic music! Then, Ellen's good friend
T.R. KNIGHT is coming by. It's been two years since he was last on and a lot has changed for him. He left
"Grey's Anatomy" and performed in the stage musical "Parade." Ellen can't wait to hear about it! Also, back
when Chris Daughtry was on "American Idol," Ellen knew he was going to be a big star. Even though he was voted
off early, he formed his band DAUGHTRY and is huge! Now they're here to perform "Life After You" from their
CD, "Leave This Town." And since Ellen likes her groceries to be quadruple-bagged, she has plenty of paper
bags lying around. That means it's a perfect time to play one of her newest games, "I'm Going to Rip Your Face
Off!"
 You won't believe
the voice of 12-year-old RHAP SALAZAR. Ellen saw a YouTube video of his singing and it blew her away.
She's flying him in all the way from the Philippines. Then, Ellen has helped DWAYNE JOHNSON get over his
fear of tarantulas, and last time they worked on his fear of roller coasters. When he's here to talk about
his movie "Planet 51," she'll see if there's anything else we can work on. Just call her Dr. Ellen. Also,
with the amount that BRIAN WILLIAMS travels the world while hosting "NBC Nightly News," Ellen is thrilled
that he's taking the time to be on the show today. He is a funny guy and it's always great to have him
here. Ellen hear he's a fan of pranks, too. Will he still be a fan if the prank is on him? There's only
one way to find out! Also, you never know who else may drop by the show today, so don't miss it!
Ellen has a brand new GMC Terrain she wants to give away, and she knows the best
way: Game Week! Today is first day of Ellen's All Terrain Game Week -- with some of the biggest prizes
ever -- and it all ends with someone driving home a GMC Terrain! If today's game involves archery,
RUSSELL CROWE can help! He surprised everyone by showing up with a bow and arrow a couple of weeks ago,
helping an audience member make a perfect shot! It's all the training from his movie, "Robin Hood."
That's not the only thing he's good at; he told Ellen he's a great shopper. Then, the hilarious ERIC
STONESTREET is a talented guy. He recently showed off his amazing drumming on an episode of his hit
show, "Modern Family." He's also boasted quite a bit about his mouth trumpet skills -- Ellen will see
if he's really got it! And since today's guests are all incredibly talented, it's a perfect day for
Ellen to feature another talented web star in Ellen's Wonderful Web of Wonderment.
Ellen loves SANDRA BULLOCK! She's fun, she's funny, she's brilliant and she's
beautiful. Oh, and she let Ellen hit her over the head with a bottle once, too. Her career has taken
off this past year; "The Proposal" was the biggest movie of her career, and then she won an Oscar for
her incredibly inspiring film "The Blind Side." Also, Ellen is planning a huge surprise for a very
deserving audience member, so don't miss the show.
Ellen has been doing the show for seven years, and in all that time, the outrageous EDDIE MURPHY has
never stopped by. Today he's finally here, and he has some explaining to do! He's been a busy man;
Eddie is the second highest-grossing film actor in history, thanks to his hilarious roles, like Donkey
in the new "Shrek Ever After." No one knows what to expect from him today, but we do know that you
don't want to miss it! Then, CASEY JAMES made it far on "American Idol", but was eventually voted off.
Today he's stopping by to share the excitement of making it to the top three -- and will give one last
amazing performance! Also, from "Sex and the City 2," JASON LEWIS is here to share all the details.
He's also bringing an exciting gift for a lucky audience member.
Summer is finally here! Today Ellen gives you a sneak preview of all the exciting summer movies
-- with some of her favorite guests! She'll be certain to look behind her chair before STEVE CARELL
drops by -- the last time he was here he did this. In addition to being the only one who has ever scared Ellen, no one can
make her laugh like Steve, and she never knows what to expect from him! Steve is both a huge
television star AND movie star, and now he has a new movie out this summer, "Despicable Me."
Then, another one of the most anticipated summer films is the next chapter in the Twilight
series, "Eclipse," and NIKKI REED is starring in it. The lucky actress gets to act with gorgeous
guys Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Kellan Lutz, and she'll tell Ellen all about it! Ellen
also has a huge surprise for one lucky audience member -- tickets to the "Eclipse" premiere!
And, it's hard to think of two bigger legends in music than JAMES TAYLOR and CAROLE KING, and it
doesn't get better than the two of them together! Their summer tour is sold out, but you can see
them right here on the show. They'll sing one of their hit songs from their new album, "Live at
the Troubadour."
No one can get enough of Ellen's "What's Wrong with These Photos? Photos!" Whether it's a poorly
written sign or an object that resembles something else, these hilarious photos just aren't right!
Then, it's been six years since Oscar-winning actress GWYNETH PALTROW was here, and today she's
finally making her big return! Ellen wants to know everything that's happened since, and will be
sure to get the latest on her cute kids. Ellen recently found out that she was distantly related to
Madonna, one of Gwyneth's London neighbors -- now Ellen wants to know how she's related to Gwyneth!
Then, ALISON SWEENEY is stopping by. She's the host of "The Biggest Loser," but could she handle
the challenges? She'll share it all with Ellen today. Also, an unbelievable magician, SHIMSHI, is
here to blow Ellen away with some amazing tricks you have to see!
Today, one lucky person will win a huge prize that will leave them speechless! Everyone is a
winner today when SAMUEL L. JACKSON stops by. He's one of the biggest celebrities ever -- his
movies have grossed more money than anyone else's! He's played some fantastic roles and is the King
of Cool, but he knows how to stay grounded; he even loves seeing his own movies with regular movie
fans! Now, he's starring in one of the biggest movies of the year, "Iron Man 2." Then, everyone is
talking about the smash hit, "Glee." It turned LEA MICHELE into an overnight star, and in the past
few months, she sang at the World Series and was invited to perform at the White House by Michelle
Obama! Now she gets to sit with Ellen and share all the excitement. Also, Ellen can't stop
listening to the new band, GRACE POTTER & THE NOCTURNALS. Rolling Stone declared them the Best
New Act of 2010, and Ellen wants to share them with you. They'll sing their song, "Tiny Light."
Just like Ellen, MARTIN LAWRENCE started as a stand-up comedian. Now he's
starring in huge movies like "Death at a Funeral." The hilarious guy is stopping by to tell Ellen all
about it. He's not just a funny man, he's a family man with three beautiful daughters. And he's also
got a great heart -- he bought a car for the teacher who encouraged him to be a comedian! Then, DIDI
BENAMI was voted off "American Idol," but she's not done yet. She's stopping by to chat with Ellen
about her elimination and give one great performance! Also, Ellen has another batch of hilarious web
videos that you won't want to miss!
Ellen is on her way to hitting 5 million Twitter followers, but there's one guy
who might beat her to it: ASHTON KUTCHER. He and Demi Moore have been tweeting non-stop since they
started their accounts, and today Ellen will find out what inspires his random thoughts. She'll also
get to hear about his newest movie; "The Killers" with Katherine Heigl. Then, country singer CHELY
WRIGHT recently broke ground when she became the first country artist to publicly announce that she's
gay. She's stopping by to tell Ellen how the journey is going. And not long ago, DJ Tony took a few
days off to play a part in "The Bold and the Beautiful," and today he's got a sneak peek. Also, one of
Ellen's favorite shows, "So You Think You Can Dance," is bringing back their all-time top dancers this
season, but not before they dance with Ellen!
Today is Mama's 80th birthday and Ellen is celebrating in style! Betty DeGeneres
has stood by her daughter since day one, and today Ellen will thank her with a special tribute -- plus
a phone call from one of Betty's favorite television stars! And there might just be some surprises in
Mama's honor -- for the audience and even viewers at home! Since it's such an important day, Ellen
wanted the sexiest and funniest guest, and had only one guy in mind: ANTONIO BANDERAS. He's reprising
his hysterical role in "Shrek Ever After," and once told Ellen the ladies love Puss in Boots more than
him. Fortunately, Melanie Griffith knows which is more important; they just celebrated their 14th
wedding anniversary! Then, it couldn't be a great birthday party without the best band, so WEEZER is
performing! They've been popular for almost two decades with some of the best songs of the '90s, and
today they're singing the hit song "I'm Your Daddy" from their latest album, "Raditude."
It's Day 4 of Ellen's All Terrain Game Week and the competition is getting
intense! There's just one more day until someone drives home a brand new GMC Terrain, and today's
contestants will do anything to make it to the end! Someone at home is winning one too, so if you
haven't entered to win, don't miss out on your big chance! That's not the only exciting gift Ellen is
giving away! All month long she's got huge surprises in store for her audience during Yay! May! Today,
one lucky audience member will win something that will change their life! Ellen always has a great time
when the very sexy ROB LOWE visits. He's always up for some fun with Ellen, whether skiing down a
mountain, sledding down a giant inflatable slide, or simply getting his hair washed! Now the hilarious
guy has a brand new role on "Parks & Recreation" -- his first role on a comedy show.
It's a good thing Ellen trained him not to
laugh! Then, COMMON is one talented guy; he's an amazing
Grammy-winning rapper and now he's proving that he's a skilled actor too! He's starring with
Queen Latifah in the new movie, "Just Wright," and will be stopping by today!
No one can get enough of Ellen's "What's Wrong with These Photos? Photos!"
Whether it's a poorly written sign or an object that resembles something else, these hilarious photos
just aren't right! Then, it's been six years since Oscar-winning actress GWYNETH PALTROW was here, and
today she's finally making her big return! Ellen wants to know everything that's happened since, and
will be sure to get the latest on her cute kids. Ellen recently found out that she was distantly
related to Madonna, one of Gwyneth's London neighbors -- now Ellen wants to know how she's related to
Gwyneth! Plus, Ellen welcomes another guest who will have everyone going wild!
She's funny, she's beautiful, and she's absolutely unpredictable! Even better,
HEIDI KLUM loves Ellen! Today she's on the show for the 10th time, and the two are ready to celebrate!
Heidi has thrown food at the audience, run obstacle courses... and even took off her dress in the
middle of an interview! No one knows what she'll do today! She recently started a maternity fashion
line and will tell Ellen all about it. Then, "Glee" is one of the biggest shows of the season and
turned CHRIS COLFER into an overnight star. He sang at the World Series and even met the President!
Chris is stopping by to tell Ellen all about it -- and might even have some details on what to expect
later this season. Also, Ellen has been saving up some of the best photos that are just plain wrong.
It'll be one of the funniest "What's Wrong with These Photos? Photos" ever. And if that weren't enough,
Ellen has a huge surprise for one of her audience members that will leave them speechless -- or
screaming non-stop! And if you want to win big, now's your chance. Starting today, you'll have the
chance to win huge, one-of-a-kind prizes all month long. You even have a chance to win a trip to L.A.
to see the "American Idol" finale -- and drive off with a brand new GMC Terrain!
Today is Earth Day, and Ellen is doing her part to make our home a better place
to live -- by giving you a great show! The hilarious WANDA SYKES is here for the 10th time, and Ellen
is ready to celebrate the occasion. Wanda's twin babies just turned one year old, and we're sure she
has her hands full! Then, EVAN LYSACEK has brought his gold-medal-winning skating moves to the dance
floor -- and makes it look easy. He has a great partner in ANNA TREBUNSKAYA, and they're stopping by to
chat with Ellen and perform a dance. Also, another contestant was voted off "American Idol" this week,
but that doesn't mean it's the end of the road for them. They only need to look at former contestant
JASON CASTRO, who is about to release his debut album. He'll stop by to perform his hit song, "That's
What I'm Here For." And you'll want to pay attention to Ellen's tweets. You may find yourself talking
with Ellen live -- and winning huge prizes!
It's been four years since DAVID DUCHOVNY was here, and he's finally returning! He's kept his
success going with the hit show "Californication," and now he's starring with Demi Moore in the new film "The
Joneses." Then, for the very first time, AZIZ ANSARI is stopping by before he travels the country with his comedy
tour! That's in addition to starring with Amy Poehler on the hilarious "Parks & Recreation." And to keep things
going, ERIN ANDREWS & MAKSIM CHMERKOSKIY are stopping by to share their experience on "Dancing with the Stars."
Erin has had a hard time, but she's showing how strong she is through dance -- and will perform today! Then,
everyone in the music industry is eagerly anticipating the new group NIKKI & RICH's upcoming CD. You'll see why
when they make their exclusive television debut today with a performance you don't want to miss!
Just like Ellen, MARTIN LAWRENCE started as a stand-up comedian. Now he's
starring in huge movies like the upcoming "Death at a Funeral." The hilarious guy is stopping by to
tell Ellen all about it. He's not just a funny man, he's a family man with three beautiful daughters.
And he's also got a great heart -- he bought a car for the teacher who encouraged him to be a comedian!
CORY MONTEITH didn't have quite the same career path -- he's been a Wal-Mart greeter, a cab driver and
a roofer! Now he's playing Finn on the smash hit "Glee." It's one of the biggest shows of the year and
he'll tell Ellen all about it. And Ellen has another batch of hilarious web videos that you won't want
to miss!
Sharon Osbourne - Thursday, April 1, 2010
Everyone has fun when Ellen's on vacation --
including you! She's taking the show to Universal Orlando Resort and has lots of plans. She brought her
favorite game, Know or Go, and added an exciting new twist -- today's contestants better know how to swim!
Then Ellen will get the entire Universal CityWalk moving when USHER performs. He'll sing a song from his new
CD, "Raymond v. Raymond," before sitting down to chat with Ellen. She'll get to hear all about his two
adorable boys. And if there's one person who needs a vacation, it's SHARON OSBOURNE! She's been working hard
for Donald Trump on "The Apprentice," and today she's not holding back her opinions! Also, PAIGE MILES was
voted off "American Idol" last week. She might have lost the competition, but she won a trip to Orlando, where
she'll chat with Ellen and perform
Just like Ellen, JACKIE CHAN does all his own stunts! He shows what he's got in
the movie, "Spy Next Door," and will be dropping by to chat with Ellen today. Ellen will make sure to
hide the expensive china -- one time he broke her vases! She broke something too... a bottle over his
head! Then, you know ANNA KENDRICK from the "Twilight" movies, and she recently co-starred with none
other than George Clooney in the Oscar-nominated film, "Up in the Air." When she visits Ellen today,
the two will swap their favorite Clooney stories! And Ellen has some of the best web videos ever that
will keep you laughing all day long!
The producers of "Dancing with the Stars" have to be prepared for anything -- PAMELA ANDERSON is
competing this season! Ellen can never predict what she'll do here; one time she flipped over the couch
and another time she stripped down to a bikini! We'll find out what she'll do today when she visits
with her dance partner, DAMIAN WHITEWOOD. Then, Ellen will welcome CHEF JOSÉ ANDRÉS to teach everyone a
brand new recipe. His restaurant in L.A. was awarded a rare four stars by the L.A. Times -- so the food
is bound to be amazing! Also here for the first time is the very cute jazz musician JAMIE CULLUM. He'll
be putting an unbelievable new twist on a popular hit when he sings "Don't Stop the Music" -- you don't
want to miss it! And Ellen will feature another group of audience members with amazing hidden talents
you have to see to believe!
If you haven't seen ED HELMS in "The Hangover" -- you need to go see it! He's a big reason it's
the highest-grossing comedy in movie history. He's just brilliant in it and he's stopping by today.
Then, everybody is talking about this hilarious Old Spice commercial and the sexy actor in it,
ISAIAH MUSTAFA. Today he'll be here to tell Ellen how they did it. And you've heard songs by VEDERA
on "The Hills," now they're quickly becoming the next big name in music. To help them on their way,
Ellen invited them to perform their hit, "Satisfy." And she's got more "American Idol" updates that
you'll want to hear!
Jake from "The Bachelor" has given the final rose, and today the couple is here
to share all the behind-the-scenes details with Ellen! It's been one of the most scandal-filled and
surprising seasons ever, and they have a lot of questions to answer! Ellen will find out all the drama,
and she's making sure they answer the tough questions! While here, Jake might want to get some tips
from the very sexy SIMON BAKER. He's been married for over 11 years! It must be the romance -- he said
he loves an open fire with a sunset. Who wouldn't love a man like that? Being labeled the sexiest man
on TV doesn't hurt either! Plus, last summer over 2 million people downloaded the #1 hit song, "Whatcha
Say." It was JASON DERULO's first single, which made it clear that he was headed to the top! Now he's
releasing his debut CD and is stopping by to perform his latest hit, "In My Head." And, Ellen has
another group of audience members who will show off their unbelievable hidden talents today. Don't miss
it!
Everyone is talking about "
American Idol," especially Ellen! She has exclusive
footage from this week that you don't want to miss! Then, would you confront one of your big fears for
charity? FELICITY HUFFMAN did. She walked the runway in a fashion show promoting women's health, and
was scared the entire time! She'll be much more comfortable sitting down with Ellen to tell her all
about this season of "Desperate Housewives," which is as outrageous as ever. Last time here, she
brought her Bad Paid-For Photo, but she won't have to embarrass herself -- today Ellen has another
group of brave people who are revealing their embarrassing pictures!
Ellen's Winter Win Storm is getting stronger, and it's been
Terrain-ing Men all during
Game Week. Today the competition gets tighter as the
prizes get bigger -- someone could win a trip to Bora Bora! It all ends tomorrow when someone wins a
brand new GMC Terrain! And every time there's a winner on the show, a home viewer wins too -- and it
could be you! You're already a winner today when KATE WALSH stops by to tell Ellen about the new season
of "Private Practice." Kate said she's always up for a dare -- will Ellen think of something for her?
Also, the competition is getting fierce on "The Bachelor"... it's almost time for Jake to choose! He
didn't pick today's guest... the latest castoff is here to spill all the behind-the-scenes
drama.
With Valentine's Day just around the corner, Ellen has been preparing all week
long. She's invited the sexy guests -- now it's time to bring the dreamy ones.
The McDreamy, that is. PATRICK DEMPSEY is bringing a little romance to the show. He once
said he doesn't believe in Valentine's Day, but after being in a movie called "Valentine's Day," has he
changed his mind? Either way, he's still just as dreamy on "Grey's Anatomy." Then, you won't have to
spend hours making yourself beautiful if you pay attention to KYM DOUGLAS! She always brings her
homemade beauty secrets to the show, and Ellen never knows what she'll suggest! Whether it's bathing in
wine, sticking her feet in Jell-O, or rubbing coffee grounds on her butt, Kym isn't afraid to show off
her amazing and hilarious tips.
You never know what's going to happen when HEIDI KLUM stops by! The gorgeous
supermodel and "Project Runway" host is always doing something outrageous -- whether it's competing in
a
motherhood obstacle course or
taking off her dress in the middle of the show! She
recently gave birth to a baby girl and will tell us all about her. And if she weren't busy enough, she
has also partnered with The Heart Truth to help raise awareness of women's health. Then, Olympic
snowboarder SHAUN WHITE is also well-known for being outrageous. His unbelievable tricks won him the
Gold Medal at the last Olympics and he's been working on even more -- will he be able to get the gold
again? Also, if there were a gold medal for juggling, ANTHONY GATTO would have one! He's considered the
world's best juggler and today he'll be showing off his unbelievable talents -- have you ever seen
anyone juggle with their head before? You will today! And Ellen's audience better brush up on their
trivia -- today Ellen is playing another round of "Know or Go" -- and we all know what happens when
they don't know!
Get ready, ladies! MARIO LOPEZ is here today! That's right, the gorgeous guy
will be visiting Ellen before he hosts "Miss America" on Saturday. Last time he was here, Ellen finally
got him to take off his shirt. Think she can do it again? She just might. Then, last week while the
storms were pounding Southern California, a dog got trapped in the raging L.A. River. Firefighters
tried for an hour to rescue him before calling in a helicopter for a dramatic rescue, broadcast live on
TV. Today, firefighters JOE ST. GEORGE, SCOTT BOWMAN and DAN CHILD will tell Ellen everything that
happened. Also, CORINNE BAILEY RAE'S first album was nominated for a Grammy, so her second one is bound
to be great! Today she'll perform "I'd Do It Again."
It's awards
season in the film industry, and COLIN FIRTH is going to be busy! He's in the movie "A Single Man" -- and has
been nominated for just about every Best Actor award there is! He's here to chat with Ellen. Then, DR. DREW is
one of the most supportive people you can find; when people are at their lowest, he stands by them and helps
them through the tough times. His show, "Celebrity Rehab," is now in its third season -- and he's got all the
details. Also, ORIANTHI is proving herself to be quite a musician. She was handpicked by Michael Jackson to
perform on his tour, and appears in the film "This Is It." Now she's here to perform her hit song for Ellen,
"According to You."
It's time to play a round of Ellen's favorite game: Blindfolded Musical Chairs!
Laugh as audience members stumble and bump around looking for chairs without being able to see. They'd
better keep an eye on their watches though, that's because the World Champion sleight-of-hand magician
SHAWN FARQUHAR will be here to show Ellen his amazing tricks. Then, "Grey's Anatomy" star ELLEN POMPEO
will be here to tell Ellen all about the show, her marriage and her new baby girl. Also, from "The Big
Bang Theory," JIM PARSONS will be here all the way from... the other side of the WB lot. He plays a
genius on the show, so we'll see how he stands up to Ellen's IQ test!
